A waterside house with a private waterfront awaits our guests, with a capacity for 8-10 people.
The house also has two piers, 30 meters apart from each other. The pier on the left is 8m x 4m, the other one directly in front of it is 5m x 4m. The large piers are perfect for sunbathing and bathing!
Registered “boilie fishing” spots, available all year round! The house and the piers are suitable for 4 “boilie” or 6-8 “general” anglers! The guests can use a Bombard 310 rigid-hull inflatable boat, with 24v 4hp Haswing engine, 2 110amp batteries and 2 replacement batteries. Replacement batteries are always charged by the janitor.
The house has two separate apartments with separate entrances, on the lower and upper floors. The appropriate temperature in the house is ensured by air conditioner in summer and infrared heater in winter.
Both apartments have 1 bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The living room has a 50-inch LCD smart TV, and there is WIFI internet access throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge and a dishwasher. The upper level has a large terrace with a great view of Lake Balaton. The lower level has a roofed terrace which provides great protection from the sun in summer and provides a covered spot in rainy weather. The covered terrace is great for anglers to store baits and equipment. There is a fireplace in front of the house for the guests. On the estate there is a children’s playground belonging to the houses. Private, off-street parking for cars.
A 30 meters wide beach section can be rented on individual terms for the house and its area belonging to it, including an additional pier. Thus, the two areas and the three piers together are suitable for 5-6 “boilie” or 8-10 “general” anglers! You can even set up tents. 8 + 2 people in the apartment, and those residing in the tents can enjoy the holiday, vacation or fishing together!
