The ground level with separated entrance of a waterside house with a private waterfront awaits our guests, with a capacity for 4-5 people. There is an amazing view to Lake Balaton from its large, roofed terrace! The covered terrace is great for anglers to store baits and equipment.
Registered “boilie fishing” spots, available all year round! The apartment has a pier right in front of it, suitable for 2 “boilie” or 3 “general” anglers! The large pier is perfect for sunbathing and bathing! (6 m x 4 m)
The appropriate temperature in the house is ensured by air conditioner in summer and infrared heater in winter. The house has a bedroom and a living room, with a 50-inch smart TV and WIFI internet access throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge and a dishwasher.
There is a fireplace next to the house for the guests. On the estate there is a children’s playground belonging to the houses and apartments. Private, off-street parking is available for cars.
