A house with a 65 m wide private waterfront and with private beach awaits our guests, with a capacity for 8 people. The house also has two piers, 35 meters apart from each other. The pier in front of the house is 6m x 4m, the other one directly to the right is 5 x 4m. The large piers are perfect for sunbathing and bathing! Registered “boilie fishing” spots, available all year round! The piers are suitable for 4 “boilie” or 6-8 “general” anglers! The guests can use a Bombard 420 rigid-hull inflatable boat, with 24v 4hp Haswing engine, 2 110amp batteries and 2 replacement batteries. Replacement batteries are always charged by the janitor.
The appropriate temperature in the house is ensured by air conditioner in summer and infrared heater in winter. The house has 4 bedrooms and a living room, the living room has a 75-inch TV, every other room with a separate LCD smart TV, and WIFI internet access throughout the house. The fully equipped, large kitchen has a special double door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, huge wine cooler and a dining room for 10 people. The house has a Jacuzzi (from 2020) and an installed fireplace waiting for those who want to relax. On the estate, between the two houses, there is a children’s playground belonging to the houses and apartments. Private, off-street parking for cars.
