A waterside house with a private waterfront awaits our guests, with a capacity up to 6+1 people. The house also has a pier of 4m x 4m. The large piers are perfect for sunbathing and bathing! Registered “boilie fishing” spots, available all year round! The piers are suitable for 1-2 “boilie” or 2-3 “general” anglers! The guests can use a Bombard 310 rigid-hull inflatable boat, with 24v 74 Lb Minn Kota engine, 2 110amp batteries and 2 replacement batteries.
The appropriate temperature in the house is ensured by air conditioner in summer and infrared heater in winter. The house has a bedroom and a living room, with a 40-inch LCD smart TV in the living room, and WIFI internet access throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher and a dining room for 4 people. There is a fireplace in front of the house for the guests. On the estate, there is a children’s playground belonging to the houses and apartments. Private, off-street parking for cars.
